Here’s How It Works

  1. Sign-up on the website.
  2. Select a device that`s suitable for you & click “Buy”.
  3. Select your choice of Monthly/Semi-annually or Yearly Plans.
  4. Proceed with the subscription process and the device payment.
  5. You will receive an email to confirm your subscription & device purchase.
  6. Use the configuration tool link from the subscription confirmation email to sign up with your email.
  7. You will also receive a second email including the electronic invoice.
  8. Depending on your location, it takes 5-15 days to receive your package for which you`ll get email updates with shipment tracking link.
  9. Our support team will be with you throughout the whole journey, they will configure the device, install it for you, apply your policies, and educate you about your device and how to use it & it will be fully functional.

No, as ONE Fi doesn’t offer an internet connection but just enhances your experience with various innovative tools.

You can manage the access of different applications and websites through a configuration tool.

The solution is pre-loaded with hundreds of default applications’ names (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) that you can directly manage through the configuration tool.

In addition, you can always add any application that you don’t find on the default list and manage it the same way.

We don’t have a way to do so. We can’t create rules that will be applied on all derives by default. You will have to manually edit the policy and attach the device to it.

Don’t create a new policy, Edit the existing “Block” policy, and remove your device from the list of devices.

After the 2 hours duration, YouTube can be routed to either Cable or LTE (firewall default load balancing to both interfaces)

The originally created policy will not apply to “Device 4”. You must edit the policy and add “Device 4” to the list of selected devices.

Block Policy will always come on top so it will override any other created policy.

The Custom Apps are currently saved on the browser level. So, if you accessed the tool from a different browser, and you would like to manage the same custom App, you will have to create it again.

The YouTube traffic will be automatically routed to the SIM.

Unless there is another policy created for the selected device/App, the firewall will behave by default “default behavior of VERSA”.

In this case, the devices/app will be routed to the selected interface with high bandwidth.

In this case Block “override everything”.

Because the logic behind this policy is to give high bandwidth to specific Apps against others while you are using them, so selecting all your Apps/devices will not give you any enhancements.

But please be careful that the user can still manually select all the devices/Apps from his list (no cap is implemented at the moment), so you will have to educate the user about this.
